Class Reunions

Scenario: Class Officers don't have enough time to dedicate to the class reunion? Their occupations and family obligations are getting in the way.  The volunteers are spread thin.  Allow an oasis (Offsite Administrative Secretarial Innovative Support ) of information assist you!

• Missing class mates?  Let's get those class mates off the missing persons list!   
• Mailing services includes maintaining your database of addresses
• Need help designing the flyer? 
• Not enough time to personalize envelopes?
• Do your volunteers have the blues of a flyer and envelope collating party? (Think of folding and stuffing announcements into envelopes)
• Monitor RSVPs / Contact management
• Set up and Monitor Class Reunion eMail address so that each of the class officers has a view.
• Does your class have a web site that needs to the content information updated?
